Govt Build Alumina Refinery with Chalco
The government's plan to reduce the country 's dependence on alumina imports is one stsp closer fruition after deal was inked with alumina giant Aluminium Corporation of China Limited (Chalco) to jointly develop a refinery for bauxite. State-owned mining holding Inalum and its subsidiary PT antam will develop a joint venture company with Chalco named PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia (BAI)
